- You'll go through a full-body movement test to get your RunReady Score across Absorb, Bounce, and Stability, plus a footwear Match based on how you move.
- You'll leave with a personalized plan and exercise program that shows what to fix, what to wear, and how to train.
- Your Score gives you a clear path to your goal, whether that's running longer, running faster, handling technical terrain with more control, or running pain-free and more consistently.

## RunReady Treadmill Assessment

### Advanced Testing

Includes everything in the Movement Assessment, plus treadmill analysis for deeper insight and a Symmetry Score that shows how balanced your stride is.

- You'll get everything included in the standard Movement Assessment: a full-body movement test, your RunReady Score across Absorb, Bounce, and Stability, and a footwear Match based on how you move.
- On top of that, you'll complete a treadmill video analysis and receive your Symmetry Score, revealing imbalances that help refine your footwear match and exercise program with greater precision.
- You'll get a clearer understanding of how each side loads and pushes, giving us insight into asymmetries that may lead to inefficiencies or compensations.
