See What To Improve. Then Improve It.
Every runner has strengths and gaps. Your RunReady Score shows what your body is doing well, where it is falling short, and what to do next, from footwear matched to your needs to exercise programs built to improve them.
Your Score. Your Strategy.
Tested by Physiotherapists. Scored by Movement Science.
The RunReady Score is powered by physio-led testing and built around three pillars: Absorb, Bounce, and Stability. Each one is scored from 0–100 to show how well your body handles impact, launches with energy, and stays controlled while running.

Close your gaps
What's Holding You Back Might Not Be What You Think
The RunReady Score reveals any blind spots. A strong runner might still waste energy from poor foot control. A fast runner might burn out early from low stability. Your gaps are what limit your pace, distance, or recovery, and fixing them is how you improve without breaking down.
- —Each score is connected to a performance goal.
- —Want to run longer? You'll need high Absorb.
- —Want to run fast? You'll need high Bounce.
- —Want to handle technical terrain? You'll need high Stability.
Measured through Absorb, Bounce, and Stability
- —Move better with every step. The way you land, push off, and stay in control impacts every step you take. We score how well you absorb impact, return energy, and stabilize to show what’s limiting your running.
- —Run with better balance and less compensation. We measure how much your body relies on Absorb versus Bounce to help reduce inefficient patterns.
- —Fix the part holding you back. We identify which part of the movement chain is underperforming so you can fix it before it causes issues.
- —Build better form from the ground up. Your score guides how we match you to shoes and training that support how your body actually moves.
- —Get progress that lasts. This test shows you what to focus on so your progress sticks and your running performance holds up.

What Shapes Your Score
We Test What Sits Under Absorb, Bounce, and Stability
Your RunReady Score is built from specific movement signals. We look at how you take on load, create force, stay controlled, and move across key positions, planes, and body zones. That is how we see what is supporting your run, what is limiting it, and what to do next.
Movement Type
Measured through Absorb, Bounce, and Stability
We score how well you take on load, create force, and stay controlled while running. This helps show whether your score is being limited most by impact handling, propulsion, or control.
Planes of Motion
How you move forward and back, side to side, and through rotation
We test how your body moves in all three planes to see where motion is limited, where control drops, and where force starts to leak. This helps explain why certain running demands expose different gaps.
Position
Tested in parallel, staggered, and single-leg stance
We test you in different stances because running changes with body position. This helps show whether your score shifts when the demand becomes more running-specific and one side has to do more work.
Focus Area
Scoring flexibility, strength, and adaptability
We break your score down into mobility, strength, and adaptability to see whether the limiter is range, force, or your ability to react and hold form under load.
Body Areas
Your foot and ankle, pelvis and hip, and trunk and shoulder
We score the body areas that most influence running to see where force is accepted, transferred, or lost. That helps pinpoint which area is shaping your score most and where support is needed.
From Data To Action
Turn Your Score Into A Plan That Works
Once we know your score, we use it to guide three things:
- —Footwear Matching: We grade running shoes based on their impact absorption, energy return, and control, and match your body to shoes that support what your body needs.
- —RunReady Plan: You get an exercise program built around the gaps affecting your score and the goal you are training for.
- —Your Progress: Your RunReady Score becomes your benchmark. Every session, you’ll know what’s improving and why.
We don't stop at the score. We build around it, so everything you wear and do works together.
